We’ve put together the most common questions so you can spend less time wondering and more time getting the party started.

Booking and Policies

You can book directly through our website, via Google, or by emailing us at enjoy@beerbikelisbon.com.

Paying a deposit is the only way to secure and guarantee your reserved date and time slot.

To cancel, please send us an email at enjoy@beerbikelisbon.com. Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made within 72 hours, as well as no-shows, late arrivals, or showing up at the wrong starting point, are non-refundable.

We offer a 25-minute grace period for delays, though your tour duration will be shortened accordingly. Arriving more than 25 minutes late counts as a no-show and will not be refunded.

Group and Capacity

Our bike accommodates up to 16 people, with a minimum requirement of 6 participants per tour. If your group size differs, please contact us directly we’ll be happy to help.

Our standard tours are shared with other groups. If you want full exclusivity for your party, you must book the entire bike (14–16 participants).

Route and Logistics

The ride lasts between 50 to 60 minutes, packed with great views, craft beer or sangria, and good times!

The tour starts and ends at the same location along the Tagus River cycle path—about 150 meters from the 25th of April Bridge, right near the paddle club and Docas Bridge Parking.

We pedal along the scenic Tagus River, passing famous landmarks such as the 25th of April Bridge and the Monument to the Discoveries.

A professional driver will handle the steering and navigation to keep your ride safe.

We operate rain or shine! The bike includes a roof to protect you from light rain. In the event of extreme heavy weather, tour adjustments or interruptions will be decided by mutual agreement.

Drinks

We offer unlimited craft beer, sangria, wine, soft drinks, and water throughout the tour, depending on the tour type you order of course.

We kindly ask everyone to enjoy responsibly.

We serve the two most famous and popular beer brands in Portugal! Sagres and Super Bock, though sometimes we might have other brands to offer aswell.

Though our open bar has you covered, you are welcome to bring your own beverages if you prefer and even mix them with our own. Make yourself at home!

No, local regulations strictly prohibit us from serving drinks after the tour concludes. Additionally, open drinks cannot be taken off the bike when the tour ends.

Entertainment and Safety

Yes! Bring your favorite playlist and connect directly to our onboard Bluetooth speaker. If you don’t have a playlist ready, we have plenty of great music options on hand.

To respect the environment and keep things clean, please do not urinate outdoors. We make scheduled stops near local bars and restaurants where restrooms are available.

Yes, smoking is permitted on board. However, throwing cigarette butts off the bike is strictly illegal and punishable by law.

Any illegal substances are of course not allowed on the bike.

Yes, all participants are fully covered by our insurance policy for the entire duration of the tour.

  • Staff Authority: The driver and bartender oversee your safety; repetitive non-compliance will result in immediate termination of the ride.

 

  • Underage Guests: Participants under 18 are welcome, but alcoholic drinks are strictly restricted to adults. They may enjoy our soft drinks though!

 

  • Remaining Seated: Jumping off the bike while in motion is strictly forbidden.

 

  • Intoxication: We reserve the right to deny admission to anyone displaying severe intoxication or disruptive behavior.

Media

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
